As a Front Office Administrator,In more ways than one, your primary goal will be to meet the most ambitious customer expectations regarding service and support. Your initial contact point for customers and their needs will be your voice and face as a result of your considerable level of primary contact with individuals in the AFL business. You’ll be pleasant and congenial while handling inquiries from employees and customers attentively and quickly, responding to any inquiry, and helping out administrative personnel, guests, and stakeholders. You’re well-versed in preserving confidentiality in these matters as well.

This immersive undertaking will keep you busy with a variety of interesting activities each day.

  • Assist with overseeing the front-desk operations and respond to all general inquiries in person, phone, email, or on Microsoft Teams.
  • Coordinate solutions for day to day asks.
  • Ensure that mail, interoffice mail, and courier packages are handled so that they are delivered to the appropriate location or department.
  • Help procure office supplies and conduct routine maintenance tasks to guarantee these are maintained wellin the office and warehouse.
  • Handled as a point of contact and responsible for dealing with vendor services.
  • Arrange for proper maintenance and installation of equipment in your office.
  • Implement a security access program with the help of swipe cards for access to AFL’s buildings.
  • Help the ADP Payroll team to enter weekly timecard data for the ADP Accounting team from timesheets. Provide reliable invoices coding for the ADP Accounting team with accuracy.
  • Support with vacation scheduling.
  • Plan panels and hotel reservations, if necessary, for offices and meeting rooms, such as hotels and restaurants. Check levels of cleanliness and order services to make the venues, if applicable, to a suitable standard.
  • Assist with filing of field paperwork.
  • Support event management.
  • Work in conjunction with senior and administrators regarding general administrative tasks.
  • Assist EHS team by handling administrative duties such as: speaking up.
  • Production of health and safety manuals, and maintenance of first aid and safety kits, and Safety Data Sheet book.
  • Printing, binding, editing, and mailing documents handlership throughout all parts of part of the state.
  • Producing documentation related to health and safety meetings.
  • Conducting monthly building inspections and preparing a progress report are examples of their functions.
  • Completing reports for not just medical but any kinds of incidents may also be done.
  • Track the sign-in sheet that visitors sign on a daily basis.
  • Track and monitor your protective equipment (PPE) supplies.


  • 1 years’ experience coordinating office services.
  • Intimate interpersonal abilities, such as reading and writing, help me communicate well with other people.
  • Demonstrated customer service skills
  • Strong organizational, prioritization and multitasking skills
  • Intermediate understanding of the functions of Office applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Work Location, Condition, and Work Hours:

  • Normal office environment
  • Minimal travel may be required
  • Monday-Friday 7:30 am to 4 pm. Some occasional weekend or extra-long hours.

Reporting to the Foreman, the Welder's Helper, Turnaround will be responsible for all welder helper duties allowed on industrial scale construction projects. They will monitor workers to ensure that they complete their tasks safely in accordance with Safety and Health Measures regulations and company policies, and that they perform their duties with a high level of quality and punctuality.. Assist craft workers. Other duties as assigned by the Foreman. Qualifications High school diploma 2 years’ experience as a general labourer or welder’s helper in the construction industry an asset H2S Alive Emergency First Aid Fall protection WHMIS 2015 Confined Space CSTS-09 or equivalent General construction safety knowledge Ability to take direction and follow through on instructions Committed dedication to safety; reflected in practice and experience Ability to work collaboratively Superior written and verbal communication skills Superior focus on customer satisfaction Valid driver’s license Pre-site Drug and Alcohol testing Mask-fit testing may be required Physical Requirements Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs.; occasionally lift items weighing more than 50lbs. with assistance Stand or walk for long periods of time Use arms and hands to reach for, handle or manipulate objects Climb up and down ladders, scaffolds and other objects Compensation and Benefits Compensation is roughly in line with the level of experience, skill, and quality.
