Registry Agent Job in Canada

Are you the type of person who always gets stopped on the street and asked to provide directions? You know exactly how to meet someone friendly, approachable, and quick to help? If so, then you’re the one who we’re mentoring for our Registries team. We need someone who is as suited to working with people as they are with processes. Someone who is comfortable embodying a friendly attitude whenever they’re around customers or members. You might say that our ideal candidate is part detective, part problem-solver, part psychic and a local travel bug — in other words, you’re fascinated by the problems individuals face, and you’re interested in learning their expectations and tackling their problems to the best of your abilities.

WHAT MOVES YOU

  • You are thrilled by the prospect of experiencing the sensation of another day at work every day, whether it’s a completely new atmosphere, or learning to try new tasks at work.
  • You enjoy being part of a team that has a wealth of experience and ability, and you like sharing your knowledge and skills as well.
  • You’ve got good skills in making quick decisions when faced with a fast-pace environment.
  • You welcome the chance to identify exactly what sort of challenge you’re dealing with and have the skills and ability to submit to virtually any difficulty.
  • You have made it your top priority to continuously improve customer service.
  • You want to stay up to date on the most recent protocols and procedures. (you’re kind of a nerd that way).

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Report to the Manager at Member and Travel Services.
  • Fulfill our commitments to our members, providing outstanding service and suggesting relevant AMA products and services.
  • Complete client registries, memberships, sales, and service transactions. Accurately, confidentially, and in a timely manner.
  • Provide clinically judged evaluations of Alberta Health and Wellness applications.

WHAT YOU’VE DONE

  • You must be at least 18 years old, hold a high school diploma, and have recently submitted an updated Police Information Check (PIC).
  • You have experience in integrating different registry applications.
  • YYou have certificates of licensure in the following:
  • General registry skills certification (Basic).
  • Commissioner for the Oaths, LLC (Regulatory Info Services business), also known as.
  • Marriage Commissioner, the Marriage.
  • AHW certification.
  • Corporate Registry certification (CORES Level 1 & 2) certification.
  • Your genuine desire to offer aid to others and your wonderful outlook are the only two aspects that count in this job. Consider getting your certifications, in time.

WHAT YOU’LL GET

  • Competitive salary.
  • Flexible benefits.
  • Outstanding employer-paid Pension Plan.
  • Great AMA discounts.
  • Unlimited learning opportunities.
  • Paid vacation and floater day.

We thank all applicants for their interest; however, only those who are qualified will be contacted.
